Parksituation allgemein bzw. öffentliches Parkhaus in der Nähe sehr teuer. Abnutzungserscheinungen an Wänden (Hausflur, Wohnung), Fugen und Möbel (Küche, Bad). Lautstärke in der Wohnung durch Main-Street traffic bei geöffneten (gekippten) Fenster. Sehr (zu) viele automasierte Emails...
