Staff were nice, good location.

Very noisy, thin walls. Found hair (not mine) in one of the beds, room smelled strongly of bleach and difficult to remove

Seemed like rooms have been renovated not too long ago, well maintained and very clean. Comfortable mattresses, and good curtain to keep street lights out at night. Location is great, right next to the very busy Lighthouse Pub, yet quiet street at night because of sac du col.

Rooms could be a bit more soundproof, but I guess it also depends on the common curtesy of fellow guests to be more considered to others and be quiet after 10pm.

The location was perfect, with a lake view. Although it was listed as an ocean view, it was actually a lake view. The property was close to good restaurants and bars, all within walking distance. It was quiet and clean, and the staff and housekeeping were very good.

The mattress and pillows were not comfortable at all. The mattress was extremely soft, and the pillows were very large, which caused back and shoulder pain after the first night. I stayed for three nights and requested smaller pillows, but no alternative options were available. For the remaining nights, I had to sleep without a pillow, which made my back pain worse. Additionally, the building has two floors and no elevator. This was fine for us, but if you have difficulty with stairs, please keep this in mind, or stay at first floor.

Room was clean & comfortable. Location was convenient

Hallway had a slight musty smell. Could hear people walking above & on the stairs. The overflow parking could use more lighting. There was a big dip in the pavement & I almost fell because I couldn't see it in the dark.

Location, seemed clean and newish

Bathtub plug wouldn't work and heater in the room was very loud. The sink leaked water all over the vanity if running at a slower rate.
