Amazing breakfast! Very comfortable bed

The door locks were unreliable. Showering products were few.

We enjoyed staying here, the rooms were very clean, comfortable and the breakfast was delicious! Thanks for arranging a comfortable transport from and to the airport, and for the unforgettable balloon and green tours! 🌅We were so impressed with both of these tour options! ♥️

I liked the style and setting of the hotel. On top of that the cleanliness of the rooms and the friendly helpful staff. For sure I will use Juno Hotel again in the future.

There is nothing that I can say I did not like. I would like only to point out that the hotel should consider installing fans in the rooms.

It was central and easy access, boutique cave style hotel, very friendly helpful owners, Bora and partner and staff had happy faces……more like a family stay. Totally recommend and will definitely stay again!

Poor English communication from staff but were able to understand us!!!

The staff were amazing, super sweet, polite and attentive. They mostly spoke no English at all, but always said "You're welcome" to every "Thank you". Borat (the owner) went out of his way for us. He found me an alternative ticket and helped me book flights and transport when my flight was cancelled. We were a big and noisy group but were all very happy with almost every aspect of our stay.

Just little things, more suggestions than criticisms. It would be nice to have a few products in the bathrooms - shower gel, moisturiser, etc. Also, shampoo and conditioner, rather than just a generic shower gel / shampoo all in one. A fan in every room would be nice, especially rooms where you can't open the window. And a basket in the shower to put soap and shampoo etc.

The environment at the hotel was really familiar and staff very nice.

No air conditioning in the rooms, and very low light. I guess it is because is a cave rooms maybe, but it was very hot without ac.

Breakfast was very nice and tasty. Staff were excellent. Hotel manager was very friendly and helpful

No fans in ground rooms.

The staff was amazing and helpful. The breakfast was delish. Location was on point- close to many great restaurants. The staff went out of their way to help us park and make us dinner reservations

A fan would have made things more comfortable as it was hot
