Juno Cappadocia

The staff/owners were absolutely amazing. Very willing to help with absolutely anything. In a way, that made the experience feel more personalized i didn't feel like just another guest :) The room was well equipped and the daily cleaning was extremely thorough. The bed was huge and very comfortable. Parking was not an issue as well. Would recommend! Especially when considering the price compared to the other options in Uchisar or Goreme.

One thing I didn't like about the room was no bathroom ventilation. The bathroom doesn't have any fan or window, and the bathroom doors are on a sort of spring-hinge, which means they will always automatically close. The result is that the bathroom is very humid after a shower and it's very difficult to get some fresh air in there after it's been used. I wish the bathroom had normal doors so you could just leave them open.

Amazing service, location, and room! We received a free upgrade for our room, and the staff organised a cake to be delivered as a surprise for my boyfriends birthday. Our stay was perfect, highly recommend.

Pillows are a little too hard

Staff was lovely, helpful with any requests and provided suggestions and recommendations for activities based on what we were talking about (although in this very touristy area, usually people recommend things they have a commission on, it was not the case with the Juno team), location of the hotel is perfect vs attractions, rooms looked really authentic and upkeep was perfect. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. Lovely terrace too

The soundproofing of the rooms is missing - several rooms (one of which was ours) were on the ground floor, just immediately connected to the common area and you could hear everyone talking and coming/ going from the hotel. There is a mosque near and the prayer calling was loud as well, accompanied by all the household animals (roosters, dogs, donkeys). This is true for most accommodation in the area from what we gathered. You should ask for a room on the first floor to minimise the noise.

Very delicious breakfasts, great staff, very helpful, they helped us with lost luggage and in another situations.

The staff of the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. They helped us with our tour bookings and transport arrangements and our stay went smoothly without any problems. We were also offered a free upgrade to a different room from the one we booked as there was construction going on next to the hotel. The property is very new and less than a year old. The interior of the room is tastefully done and modern. Bathroom size is great and the room was kept warm and cozy as we were there in March during winter. Breakfast was Turkish style and it was fresh and tasty. There are many restaurants and minimarts nearby and the neighbourhood was quiet and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing holiday. There is also an open terrace at the top of the hotel where you can get great views of Uchisar castle.

Staff are very helpful and friendly. They make you feel like a very special guest or a visiting family. Thank you for making our Cappadocia stay more meaningful and memorable. Sumptous breakfast is waiting for you on the table. Great place to stay🥰

great place, very cute, personnel is amazing!!! and breakfast was really superb!!! we have spent 3 days in Cappadocia, and that was one of the best hotels there and the best one in Uchisar
