Great location amazing views large room

When I first checked in, I noticed there was no washing machine and no kettle in my room as stated on the booking. They moved me to a room with a washing machine and got me a kettle but there was no cooking facilities and also the staff was very moody with me and rude until I paid for my stay And then she was all smiles. I was happy with my room they thought they gave me an upgrade, but in fact, they just gave me what I paid for. So the end result worked out well but it wasn’t a pleasant experience in the beginning.
