Staybook Hotel Aira

From the point of our entrance to the hotel, the staff at the hotel made sure to greet us and ensure a warm welcome. The dining and meal buffet was another addition to the delight of an experience that we had - chefs made sure the food was in variety of options plus making sure of the quality of the same. Room service were also available 24 by 7 and quick to serve us.

The hotel is easy to find and has ample parking space. The service is prompt, and it has a slightly heritage or old-world charm about it, with very spacious rooms. Whether you want to relax by the pool you can do it all here. This is a hotel that you must visit and stay at for the wonderful experience it provides.

Amazing stay. Room service on time. We booked two room with breakfast so we had a chance to try that too which was extremely good

like the hotel, I have stayed almost 15 days and feel like I'm at home. Very helpful staff. Overall the stay was good. I highly recommend it to everyone. ........nice saty good hotel...............................very friendly staff.....

An overall disappointment.

general, the hotel is in a good location, the price/quality ratio is adequate, and it is possible to use an intermediary taxi from the hotel to Indira Gandi Airport for a pre-paid amount without haggling (tested; the driver was waiting in front of the hotel at the agreed time). Disliked · The room was nice, but the problem was smoking tolerance in some other rooms. If the bathroom vent started, the whole room was suddenly full of stinky smoke. The air conditioning did not work at first, but it was put into operation by the maintenance man. Air conditioning and a ceiling fan are a MUST in Delhi. The second problem was the toilet flush system; the flush button was getting stuck, and it was necessary to call maintenance twice.

I booked this property for my brother and my mom with 2 beds suite . they arrived to hotel and reception person said they dont have any booking but if they want room they has to pay for room. after waiting 1 hour my brother called me in usa at around 3 am in the morning. And after that hotel person said yes i found it. Dont book this hotel its not same as shown in pictures. I booked 2 beds room and they gave my brother one queen bed dirty room without any towel, soap and without any extra blanket. There is no heater. Terrible experience, old building with dust allover. Pictures shown on expedia are all fake and description is totally wrong
