We called once we arrived and were met by a host within 15 minutes. When there were issues with the property (air con) someone was out within 15 minutes to check it out, being on a Sunday no engineers were avaiable, but we were provided a fan and dehumidifier within a couple of hours to make the stay more comfortable, then egineers came out as soon as possible the next day. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always at the end of a whatsapp. The location was absolutely excellent in every respect - a very easy 20 minute drive from the airport, a 30 second walk to a very reasonably priced pasticceria with a lovely owner and great coffee, minutes walk from at least 4 great beaches, easy acess to Tavolara, very easy parking, some great restaurants in walking distance and within a 20 minute drive. The property itself was very basic, bordering on bare minimum, but was generally clean. Basic essentials such as a mop and some cleaning equipment would have been helpful, and essentials like bin bags weren't provided. The property is in a lovely quiet location, but being a ground floor was only as peaceful as the neighbours above. Overall a great stay, and the basicness of the property didn't matter so much as we were out and about experiencing some of the best of Sardinia
