Regency House

Lovely staff, love the rooms and the design. Third time staying. Over Christmas we stayed in one of the suites with Christmas tree and it was amazing!

This time around v small double bed, but still lovely decoration.

Amazing staff, so welcoming, friendly and helpful. Beautiful room, breakfast was superb! Bed was very comfy, great nights sleep....fantastic shower! Hotel is immaculate.

Not being able to stay longer!

Regency house is an absolutely wonderful hotel with fantastic staff and amenities. We had a fantastic stay here, and have the incredible service to thank for the experience (as well as our beautiful room). Isabelle, Alice and all the guest services staff went above and beyond to personalise our stay and even made both early check in, AND late check out possible! The bar and breakfast staff were wonderful, especially Max who helped us both mornings with a wonderful attitude. Thanks also to Hannah for a delicious cocktail and friendly conversation, and to every staff member for being so friendly, kind and welcoming. The hot tub and sauna in the guest wellness space were a lovely bonus addition. The room itself was spotlessly clean, with a very comfy bed, great bathroom and beautiful shower products.

Nothing! The location isn't perfectly city centre but is close enough to be a short taxi ride (or a walk if the weather permits), and it affords a more quiet experience than the middle of the city.

The hotel was beautifully decorated and the welcome from the staff was wonderful. Breakfast was delicious, fresh and healthy.

The double bed felt a little small for two people.
