Livensa Living Studios Valencia Marina Real

Soggiorno fantastico presso Livensa Living Studios Valencia Marina Real. La struttura è moderna, curata e davvero accogliente. Le camere sono confortevoli e ben organizzate, mentre piscina e palestra rendono l’esperienza ancora più completa. La posizione è ottima: il mare si raggiunge in circa 10 minuti a piedi e la zona è piena di ristoranti, bar e supermercati. Inoltre è un punto comodissimo per raggiungere le principali attrazioni della città. Un ringraziamento speciale ai ragazzi della reception: davvero favolosi, sempre disponibili, cordiali e simpatici. Ambiente molto giovane e pieno di ragazzi, ideale anche per socializzare e conoscere nuove persone. Esperienza super positiva.

L'emplacement

C'est une résidence étudiants, où les quinquagénaires comme moi sont observés de manière désagréable comme des animaux rares. Bruit jusqu'à facilement 2h du matin, malgré les boules quiès. Étudiants molassons n'étudiant pas jusqu'à 14h, hyper actif et festif de 14h à 2h. Très délicat comme quinquagénaire de profiter de la piscine monopolisée par les jeunes sans passer pour un pervers. Personnel sans doute attentif aux étudiants, le personnel féminin ne m'a jamais salué contrairement au personnel masculin plus poli (sans doute que le personnel féminin très jeune observe aussi les mâles blancs quinquagénaires avec mépris pour leur physique par rapport aux jeunes étudiants Apollon) Cuisine avec très peu de matériel contrairement à l'annonce, absence par eceyde fouet pour faire de simples œufs brouillés. Fenêtre condamnée à une ouverture ciseaux malgré les 31 degrés extérieurs. Climatisation commandée par la direction, qui a daigné l'enclencher dans les chaluune fois dépassé les 39 degrés en extérieur alors qu'elle fonctionne à fond dans les communs. 24 degrés la nuit au lieu des 20 demandés à la climatisation..Donc jusqu'à mi mai ça va, mais de mi mai à fin septembre ça doit être épouvantable. Propreté laisse à désirer dans la salle de bain, moisissures dans la douche que je n'ai pas osé utiliser et tartre dégueulasse dans le WC. Vie des chambres pour visiteurs en tourisme sur une pompe à essence... A éviter si vous y allez en pensant à un service hôtelier.

Очень хорошее расположение. Море в 10 минутах ходьбы, метро прямо в аэропорт в 2х минутах .

Очень шумно . Заезжает очень много молодежи , постоянно хлопают дверьми и шумят . Нужно только в берушах спать . Убирали за 5 дней только 1 раз во второй день . Так смели со стола , что где то пропала моя сережка которая там лежала . Ни разу не меняли полотенца . В номере нет посуды никакой . Если хотите тусовки и не спать - то вам сюда . Если хотите ночью спать - это сделать трудно было . Грязное одеяло - в каких то не понятных пятнах 🥴

Really great location close to the beach, train and public bikes in front of the door. Additionally, it is quite nice with the ppol and gym and the infrastructure in general is highly recommended.

Unfortunaetly my room was the first one in the corridor and there was no light and the door was quite noisy during the night. That was a bit unfortunate but I still recommend to stay at Livensa

Que la habitación tenga cocina es un puntazo. Varias sillas para sentarse, y un baño espacioso, aunque faltaban repisas para colocar los neceseres.

No estaba preparado para cocinar, aunque era una habitación para 2, solo había un tenedor y un cuchillo. Y no había ni jabón ni aceite

Location is excellent with trams stops outside for the beach or the city. Room had all one could need although the washbasin had not plug.

My room (and door) were right next to two sets of heavy, push bar, fire doors. There made a loud bang on closing and this went on into the early hours of the morning, especially at weekends. A problem particular to this room.

Bardzo fajny hotel, studio duże przestronne i czyste. W studio kuchenka, zmywarka orzaz inne wyposazenie kuchni. .Panie w recepcjii bardzo mile i pomocne . Blisko komunikacja
