I will literally never book this hotel again. I booked more than a month in advance, but a family emergency came up which I explained to the hotel. There was no one I could call and when I messaged them they said “no” and told me to email. I emailed and they still said no not even offering a fraction of my money back. I explained that I understood their policy but emergencies aren’t planned. They still said no. I had spent so much money that I apparently wasn’t getting back and had no choice but to go, and the night before my flight it was cancelled. No delays, just cancelled due to a storm which was out of my hands. I communicated this and they said no once again. This hotel is not kind and accommodating to their customers. I will never ever book again

Our stay at the Fourteen was amazing ... Anja was THE BEST front desk person ever I would literally just come here for her. She's an amazing person, she accommodated us so well. Her hospitality was nothing far from GREAT !!! I would stay here again if she is the front desk person ..... but the room was clean and comfortable. Beautiful room btw, I would stay here again. We loved it here. The guy at the bar and the lady on the grill was amazing as well. Thank you so much for having us.

Place was ok

The beach was literally down a pathway from the hotel. Staff was very friendly, communicated effectively and the property is stunning! Clean, and spacious. We got 3bd and it was amazing views, it was modern and well equipped with a kitchen, laundry and had beach chairs, coolers and umbrellas. It was perfect for 4 nights or extended stay (next time). I definitely would come back!
