One of the best resort I’ve stayed. Best place to get acclimated and relax. The staff are super friendly and helpful, and the foods were amazing. I would come back again.

This property is absolutely beautiful. It is family friendly comfortable and the food is wonderful. The spa services were great after a happy day of hiking the ruins at Ollantaytambo. That experience and the additional hike to Putamarka were absolute treasures provided to us through the experiences coordinator. If You are able please ask for Christian as your guide. He is local to the town and an absolute treasure of a guide as well as a tremendous human being. He provided fascinating insights and local treasures. He made sure our pace was good and he expressed true kindness and interest in our family. My daughter teared up as we parted on our second day declaring how much she would miss him; then he provided us with little statues of meaningful animals we had learned about during our tours and hikes. These are the types of experiences Las Qolqas provides to the travelers lucky enough to stay with them. In south Florida or California an experience like this would cost thousands and thousands of dollars. Every penny you spend here is worth it.

Um local magnífico. Lindas flores às margens de um rio, com cabanas(lodges) confortáveis. O restaurante é bem gostoso, mas assim como os outros serviços do hotel, é cobrado em dólares e não na moeda local, e como o hotel é bem afastado da cidade, ficamos sem outras opções mais em conta para comer...

What a beautiful property. The staff is amazing, the food is wonderful and fresh from the gardens. The tents are really nice, great showers, just a pleasure. I can't say enough good things about the kitchen staff and how helpful they were, their amazing meals and warm attitudes towards guests. A very peaceful stay

Beautiful hotel away from the town. Friendly kind staff. Excellent breakfast. Dinner options are limited and pricey. We went out for dinner next day. Transportation is a bit challenging.

The grounds and scenery are stunning, however, the hotel lacks any good common areas. The only common area is the restaurant and bar. There are few places to work or lounge and relax. The hotel advertises a spa, but when we asked to book massages (multiple times) they had no one available. What they should have done was offer us free use of the hot tub to make up for the inconvenience, but instead, they charge us $20 per person to use the hot tub. We would not stay here again.
