Molto carine la casette e il giardino è molto curato, proprietario molto disponibile.

È un po' limitata la privacy e se ci sono ospiti che si fermano in giardino durante la notte si viene inevitabilmente disturbati.

Cute little bungalows. They used all the space very well. The host was flexible and informative.

A few amenities would be nice. Hand soap in the bathroom and paper towels in the kitchen.

The location is perfect and very calm at night. Very close walking distance are very good restaurants next to the sea

Avola is just the perfect location to explore the southeast of Sicily. We wanted a town where people actually live off season but was not to big, a I can tell that I am very happy with my choice. Also the little houses in the middle of a beautiful garden were a perfect choice. There is a gate at the entrance and you get a code to get in. In front of that is secure parking which is included, and for that you get an entrance card too. If you walk just a few steps, you get to a nice sandy beach and a few restaurants and cafes. In the morning you can sit in front of your little house, drink coffee (there‘s a coffee machine), watch the sun rise and listen to the waves (you can actually hear them). It‘s very peaceful. We cooked for ourselves, some basic equipment is already there. We didn‘t need more. Also a fridge, microwave and 2 oven plates. The 2 bedrooms are big enough for 4 people, and we got an extra babybed which can fit in the living room. I loved our little house and would love to come back again.

You are supposed to seperate the trash and that‘s ok. There should only be more trash bags. Also, it‘s forbidden to throw toilette paper into the toilette and that‘s weitd. But that seems to be a thing in Sicily…at least everywhere we habe been to.
