"Location is central, but the ‘Suite’ was very small and disappointing."

We booked a Suite, advertised as 2 single beds and a futon. We were given room 401, which had no futon. No kettle, either.. Someone (staff, I hope) let themselves into our room at 9.40am, then retreated. The balconies don’t really have views.

While the site does say CHECK IN is at 3 pm....it doesn't tell you that you can not even get into the building UNTIL 3 pm ... be aware of this. There is no one there until 3 pm.

While it says BREAKFAST ...it was never offered and never saw breakfast being served....
