Comfortable room with more space than what is the standard in Japan. Very nice design and we loved the morning piano song🙂 The hotel top floor spa is really nice with a view of the city.

The fridge in our room wasn't working, but we could use the fridge at the reception

This hotel is excellent! The service was fantastic, room was modern and incredibly spacious, the onsen was extremely clean with indoor and outdoor pool. And to top it all , its minutes away from shopping street yet extremely quiet and peaceful inside. Its also within walking distance from top attractions.

交通位置電車下來走路4分鐘就到，抵達巴士總站也很近，門口出去就是上下通商店街，完全的便利以及美食嗎很多，飯店很大樓上Spa很舒服，我只能說120分了吧，有機會再來熊本我一定選這間。

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen, aber trotzdem sehr leise und angenehm. Das Einchecken war im 12. Stock, was etws irritierend war am Anfang. Das Hotel verfügt über einen großen und guten SPA Bereich, der bis in die Nacht genutzt werden kann. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und vielfältig. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich, auch wenn man sich über die Anweisungen zu den Sitzplätzen beim Frühstück hinweggesetzt hatte.

Die Zimmer verfügen leider über keinen Schrank noch sonst einen Aufbewahrungsort. Das ist nicht so schön, gerade wenn man auf einer kombinierten Dienst- und Urlaubsreise unterwegs ist.
