Good value for money

Like: There was hotel bus available Taxi available Dislike: Had to hop over a 3-4 ft wall to get to the Masjid when walking

Average hotel not that far from the grand mosque by walk.

Best location with a family and a car. Safe, good breakfast and convenient. Walking distance from Haram. Though you have to cross a few barriers because of the construction. You still have a shuttle 5 times a day.

Hotel is good and staff are very friendly. Rooms are good except for bathrooms. The shower area is half closed. Taking a shower means flodding the bathroom floor and some good time in cleaning it. I shouldnaay that this issue is in many hotels in KSA. Also, there is lots of consteuction in the area between the hotel and the Haram area. So, walking between the Haram and the hotel is not easy. Shuttle is available though

The washroom was not clean and limited toiletries was offered. The transportation to haram is limited to prayer times only.

Water was leaking in Bathroom and their were no hair dryer too.

The property is not as close to Al Haram as described. Though there is shuttle service offered, wait time for shuttle is tremendous. Shuttle bus is too small to accommodate all guests. More shuttles needed. The room was clean . Minimal amenities ( hot water kettle and some tea , coffee. Unfortunately not restocked every day. You have to ask for it. There were no towels in the room when we arrived. Bathroom is too small with old sink and tiles. Shower was technically not existent . A shower head was installed in one of the corners of the bathroom between sink and toilet. There was hardly enough room to take a comfy shower. The breakfast service was disappointing. Basic essentials like butter and jam were missing, and guests had to remove plastic wrappers from dishes themselves, which felt unhygienic. There were no serving spoons, cutlery, or napkins provided, making it inconvenient to enjoy the meal. While there was a variety of items, the presentation and quality were unappealing—cheap, unhealthy bread options and no fruits available. Tea and water were served in flimsy plastic cups, adding to the overall cheap and uncomfortable atmosphere. Definitely not the breakfast experience one would expect at a hotel in this price range. Half way through our stay, construction in the main entrance was started , and we could only use the back entrance of the hotel. Next time I will rather spend some extra $$$ to get comfortable service.

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. They only have one towel for a room with 4 people. When I requested more towels, they said they will send it. 1 hour later they still didn’t send it, so I asked again. When I asked again they said they will send it in an hour. I said ok. I went out, came back several hours later and it still didn’t come. The hotel isn’t in a good location, the hotel is old and smelly. Would not recommend. (I booked 4 rooms with 4 quadruple beds)

We asked for Towels 4 times and never got it. We were Told They are not back From Laundry.
