Clean, well equipped, good support from the reception team

Location - overall location is convenient, in the city centre with walking distance to all main attractions. The apartment itself though is pretty dark, with small windows , on the ground floor at the back of the old , not very well maintained building. I understand it is for security reasons but it feels very weird to have bars in the windows and in the entrance. Noisy technical equipment (air conditioning, some pumps) and rubbish bins placed just outside the bedroom windows.

Off the main street, so quiet after a busy day. Location was excellent. All attractions within walking distance. Comfortable bed. Washing machine was very handy. The staff were extremely helpful and kept in touch.
