Lots of space and very clean. The staff were welcoming and always responsive. The apartment was also very close to main sites across town and to good restaurants.

Nothing, it was a lovely apartment. We would 100% stay there again.

Good place for a group of 4 or the solo traveler. Very spacious and modern. Washer on site is convenient. The property had no hot water during my stay. It was only communicated at the end that the HW heater has to be turned on from the outside. This should’ve been communicated at check-in and/or done prior to arrival. Additionally, there was no outside lighting. This made getting into the apartment at night a bit difficult and the guest uneasy given the dark interior courtyards you must travel through.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! BASIC FACILITY NOT WORKING! We checked in late at 6pm and were not able to enjoy the rest of our night. Unstable dining table that would shake when you eat. Detached shower tube that would fall off during your shower. Worst thing is that the aircon was not functioning and there were flies around. The temperature remained at 28 degree no matter how we set it. All of us were sweating and could not sleep due to the high temperature. Owner was rude and not helpful at all. They claimed that the aircon was functioning properly before we arrived and simply told us “check again please, don't force the temperature and let the air conditioning take its time, the apartment is not small”. They also refused our request to change the room. Finally they agreed to change the room for us the next day after inspecting the aircon and confirmed the malfunctioning. The nightmare didn’t stop here. Yes the new apartment was bigger and aircon was working. But the electricity would go out suddenly. It happened 4 times, twice when we were bathing. Imagine all the lights went off and you have to explore an unfamiliar area with many stairs in the dark, It was just terrible and awful. We tried to be fair and only asked for refund for the first night. The owner said they already offered an exchange for us and we should be satisfied with it! WHAT A JOKE!

The place itself is just amazing, clean and comfy, the location is super convenient - not a busy street, but very central. The terrace upstairs is also very nice, with a beautiful view of Etna.

Excellent location and service. Lots of good restaurants and shops around. The apartment was very spacious, clean and quiet. The internet connection was great.
