GBAttention to detail with welcome and facilities. Very clean and stylishly furnished. Great shower and very comfortable bed. Nothing was too much trouble. A hidden gem that is so good- it was very busy Friday night giving place a great atmosphere to eat.

A truly amazing inn in the heart of Somerset. The staff are so lovely helpful and enthusiastic. the food is superb and just in the right quantity to feel full but not over full. Service is excellent and room quality superb. I cant recommend the Cotley inn enough. thank you again for a lovely stay.

This has to be one of the best Inns weve stayed at. To staff are amazing they are friendly attentive and really want you to enjoy youre stay. The room was amazing so comfortable and romantic. Finally the food was amazing. Thank you for a lovely stay

GBEvening meal was of good quality. Room clean and tidy, bed a little small for two people, seating area in room poor & uncomfortable (as only one small bucket chair) Shower good quality .
Customer care before and after not good enough for me. They messaged us to say they would pop round and see us and introduce themselves, that never happened had to ask about breakfast where and when and what time. Asked a lady for another toilet roll yes no problem said she, that never turned up!! Not happy about having to cook my own breakfast a boiled egg didn't really set us up for the day, had to ask for a new jar of jam for my toast as the one on the table was empty, i would expect them to be checked before guests came in for breakfast we paid a premium price to stay here I don't think it's worth the money because of the customer care before and after. It seemed their main focus was on the customers paying for the drinks and evening meals.
