Very lovely house, fit for purpose. Full of the essentials you need for a short stay.

Bathroom smelt slightly damp after showering, but that was not a massive concern.

Lovely property. Very homey and comfortable. Easy to access the Market Square area and Uni. Home owners were easily accessible and responsive to questions. Would stay here again and would recommend to others!

We had a great stay. We arrived, it was clean and welcoming. The heating was easy to manage. Position for Loughborough centre was great. Close to shops bars and restaurants. Our one and only down side was that the beds were too soft for us, but that is just personal preference. I would highly recommend this property.

We had a wonderful stay at this 2-bed property in Loughborough and were very impressed with the overall experience. Communication from the host prior to our stay was excellent, with detailed and helpful information that made everything easy to plan for. The self-check-in process was seamless, and parking was a breeze. We were provided with a permit and were able to park right outside the property for the entire duration of our stay. The house itself was clean, well-presented, and thoughtfully equipped. It had everything we needed in the kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms—nothing was overlooked, which we really appreciated. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and we had access to Netflix, with the account already signed in, which was a nice touch after a long day out. The location was ideal—right next to Lidl for convenience, and just a short walk to the town center with shops and restaurants.

Good location for what I needed

Kitchen floor had not been swept. Mattress protector was badly stained on front bedroom that you could see a big mark through the sheets.

The location was excellent - very central.

The bedroom had a strong smell of moisture, and the bed linens felt damp with a musty odor upon arrival. The response from the host took over 12 hours, and fresh linens were only provided the next day, which meant I had to spend the first night elsewhere. Additionally, the towels had visible stains, and the dresser in the room collapsed when I tried to use it. Overall, the lack of timely communication and attention to basic details like cleanliness and furniture maintenance significantly impacted my experience.
