The caravan park was great, the host is so lovely and quick with replies and extremely helpful

The caravan was not cleaned in the slightest, cups with coffee stained and dirty bowls. We arrived rather late so couldn’t wash anything as we didn’t think to bring dairy liquid. Pillows and bedding stained, luckily we brought our own. In desperate need of a clean, we was there for about 12 hours luckily because I wouldn’t have been able to stay much longer.

Very cold and damp

Nice location, had everything inside ie baking stuff, utensils etc.

Beds were very uncomfortable, all had bad night sleep. One of the children’s bed wasn’t a bed it was a long stool with a very thin type mattress, impossible to sleep on as too tiny. Had to sleep one child in front living area off Caravan, on cushions. Not comfortable seating area. Shower would only come on hot, so it was impossible to shower. Location number of caravan on site not clear, as listed alphabetical, but no area signed posted with ABC,etc to help u find your caravan . Tiny letters on caravan such as J11…
