It is still new and clean and breakfast is great. Food in general is fantastic in the restaurant. View from third floor is great

Service in restaurant is slow, there is obviously lack of staff and ypu cannot eat anything after 10 PM not even plate of cheese with wine.Spa works from 10 am to 7 pm which is not OK. SPA should work a bit longer.

Bad showers, tried to charge for broken trash can that was broken (large group - happened to several different members) Took lots of time to bring towels
