Building work began by 8am so no chance of a long lie. Beds not overly comfortable.

RUСвежий ремонт, всё довольно аккуратное, хорошо работает сантехника. Есть минимальный набор для приготовления посуды. Район довольно зеленый, прямо напротив автобусная остановка, чуть подальше - еще одна, где останавливается больше автобусов, чтобы добраться до центра. На -1 этаже есть тренажерный зал, зоны для работы, чтения - очень комфортные и современные.
Это скорее очень приличное студенческое общежитие, просто с хорошим ремонтом (видно, что проживают в большинстве студенты, рядом как раз университет). Мне достался очень темный номер, находиться внутри не очень приятно. Из душевой вся вода льется на пол. В номере ни чайника, ни кофемашины - пить кофе только из автомата на -1 этаже, стирать вещи - платно, фен нужно просить на стойке ресепшна. В номере не только темно, но и душновато, неприятный запах. Не очень удобная кровать.

Sehr dünne Wände, wenn der Nachbar poppt scheppert die ganze Wand, viele Studenten die zu jeder Tages.- Nachtzeit mit den Türen klappern.
