Luxury Apartment - Town Centre North Stevenage

Great location, close to train station and all local amenities

Lovely bright spacious apartment within short walking distance of Stevenage town and train station When we came home we realised our youngest had left his special blanket that he sleeps with behind- disaster! When we contacted they went above and beyond to help us get it back to him!

Spacious and pleasant looking accommodation, good security.

Cupboards full of bed linen. Strong smell of mothballs made our cloths smell. Uncomfortable cheap mattresses/beds. Lacked any cooking supplies even basic stuff. Poor booking in/out times. 10am and 4pm. charge of £15 per hour for either late checkout or early checkin.

The location was very good. The apartment is in a good location to make this property standout it needs to be upgraded. It is looking rather neglected.

Both showers are needing a thourgh clean the mould round the showers look awful. The beds are not comfortable. Definitely needing renewed. The kitchen sink tap was loose. No mirrors in bedrooms when drying our hair. Could do with more storage space and coat hangers. We only had 2 cereal bowls and there was 4 of us. No scissors could do with more utensils in the kitchen.

We were surprised with the second bathroom, very happy about that! The directions for getting the keys were easy to follow, the lockbox wouldn't close after getting the fob, we lost internet and couldn't remember apartment number so office staff helped us out, they are very friendly and helpful. Location for us was perfect, it was a close walk to our cousins home and all other locations we wanted to visit. The lockbox was still not working when we checked out so had to leave the fob with the office. The beds were clean, bath sheets clean and found more, kitchen was well equipped, fridge/stove/dishwasher worked. Would definitely recommend

The apartment appeared clean, however, there was mould in both bathroom showers so whenever we used them, you could smell the mold. Under the loveseat had not been swept/cleaned for some time, found dried up food/papers/various items under it

Clean and comfortable with a great host that was very helpful

No plastic plates and spoons for kids. Would be nice as kids can easily break the expensive plates if not closely monitored. Thanks

Some soft furnishings or decoration is needed to reduce the echo in the kitchen, dining, living area, rather than smooth surface finishings which are, yes, easily managed. A few items of microwave cookware and attention to the cleaning of pans.mAdvise future clients to take a torch for night arrivals and locating keybox.

The apartment was in a good area. The water was great for showers the towels were lovely and fluffy.

The apartment could do with an overhaul. The fans in both bathrooms were not working and the drains were a bit smelly. The beds were not the most comfortable. It does state luxury apartment. It was not luxury class. The outside of the apartment was untidy. As was the bin shed. Really did expect more as it is classed as luxury apartment. Also the kitchen utensils were not clean also the pots and pans. The rooms could do with a coat of paint. Both shower bases were not clean.
