The main areas of the hotel were lovely

We paid £375 for a night for a good room. What we got was an accessible room over looking the fans from the kitchen with old cushions and cigarette ends outside our window

It was very convenient and close to the city centre the food at dinner time was lovely some of the staff were very nice especially Anna and Mat the breakfast was good as well

Well the bed was very uncomfortable I had a terrible pain in my back lying on it the dinner at lunchtime took way too long to come almost 1 hour and it was wrong I asked for certain items I didn't want on my plate but yet they arrived on it twice especially 1 item I didn't want on it that was a Sunday

My room was huge and had a cathedral view. The hotel decor was beautiful.

My room was below the roof top terrace and I could hear the scraping of the chairs in the floor, it drove me mad
