"90% excellent 10% disappointing"

Very nice, clean, comfortable.

No drinking water in the room. No complementary tea / coffee in the morning. Will stay at Holiday Inn Express next time in Dripping Springs.

The facility was spotless and in very good shape. Everything was up to standard. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Having a restaurant/bar on premise made the stay so much more enjoyable as well. Very centrally located to downtown Dripping Springs and hiway 290.

There's not much not to like about this hotel. Everything was wonderful.
