"Not up to Courtyard standards & no complimentary breakfast"

Not up to typical Courtyard standards by any means - but very few accommodations around the area. Poorly designed & small rooms. The room rate card on the door said $1399 for each room, no matter king, double, whatever????? Thankfully we were not paying that. No complimentary breakfast, although a highly priced Starbucks & small bar area in the evening. were available. As a positive, the front desk staff / team was very polite & helpful.

Property was clean. Front desk was friendly

Room was not ready when we checked in, even though I specifically asked for a 3:00 check-in. When we were allowed to go to our room, the hotel cleaning ladies would not move their cleaning cart so that I could get in my room! They just stood there and watched me struggle trying to get the luggage cart in my room. The room was hot during the night.
