The staff was excellent! Each and every one of them! There were a few inconveniences with the facilities that made the stay less than excellent. Problem with the window shade, lights that came on in the middle of the night all by themselves, and no access to the spa due to some kind of "sediment" issue.

Very comfortable bed; nice, clean room, breakfast room was clean and the offerings were good. Great location. Staff is very service oriented.

Schöne Inneneinrichtung, tolles Ambiente. Großes Frühstücksbüffet. Bequemes Bett. Insgesamt gefällt mir das Konzept sehr, aber es gab einige Abstriche, die mich leider sehr gestört haben.

Sauberkeit und Hygiene lässt zu wünschen übrig. Wenn man ein entsprechendes Ambiente wählt, muss eben auch regelmäßig und gut gereinigt werden. Auf schwarzen Flächen sieht man Staub und Fingerabdrücke, Dreck. Die abgenutzte Erklärungskarte zur Bedienung der Zimmerterminals sagt auch schon viel aus. Am Frühstücksbüffet sollte hygienetechnisch ebenso aufgestockt werden, ich möchte nicht alles mit der gleichen Zange anfassen. Eine Pfütze vor dem Eingang zum Frühstücksraum war auch nur halblebig weggeputzt. Rezeption wirkte lustlos - wenn ich schon frage was gerade in der Stadt los ist für ein Fest als Unwissender, könnte man ruhig etwas mehr Informationen geben und nicht abwimmelnd wirken. Klimaanlage geht nur an, sobald man im Zimmer ist, somit ist es für eine Anfangszeit sehr stickig.

La habitación daba directamente a la calle, lo que resta la posibilidad tener las cortinas descorridas o mirar por la ventana. La moderna domótica en cuanto a encendido y apagado de las luces no se ve bien y cuesta mucho acertar a la primera.

Edificación nueva, confortable, muy bien ubicado.

En la habitación todas las funciones están domotizadas, lo que no resulta cómodo para todos los huéspedes. El aire acondicionado, pensamos que no andaba y cuando hicimos el reclamo, lo encendieron desde la recepción. Desayuno y parking caros.

Het hotel is aan de rand gelegen van het oude stadsdeel. Je kan de stad te voet verkennen. Het hotel heeft zeer mooie moderne kamers. De airco werkt zeer goed. Het ontbijt is zeer goed, je hebt heel veel keuze. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk.

De bedden waren erg hard, waardoor we niet goed sliepen. De lichten worden in de kamer bedient via een bedieningspaneel met domotica. Dit was zeer onhandig en de verlichting ging 's nachts niet helemaal uit.
