Ranchette Ponderosa - The Nebo #3 at Wind Walker Homestead

There were outdoor activities for the kids. Pool, basketball and pickleball courts. Sand volleyball (tlc needed). The unit was clean and sufficient.

Air conditioning system was sub-par. Portable ac system just wasn’t up to the task. Room was hot when we got there. After contacting host, he was great, came over and was helpful. It took 4-5 hours to get the room to a comfortable sleeping temperature. When we arrived, we tried to go check in but was unsuccessful. We couldn’t find anywhere obvious to go get the key. So we went to the room. It was unlocked so we went in and unpacked. We still could not locate the key. After contacting the host about the air conditioning, he helped us locate the key. It was in a bowl on a shelf. I think that that situation will be rectified soon, the host noted he will give better instructions going forward about the check-in process.

A good place to be outdoors but have a place to sleep inside.
