"Queenstown was amazing"

The view was amazing, and plenty of room for the family

when we arrived at our time due in, it had not been cleaned, we had to wait and extra 1.5 hours and once in the property we had dirty dishes still in the dishwasher, the floor was sticky and dirty, the bathrooms had hair everywhere, we found alcohol bottles beside the couch from previous tenants, blinds at door where broken.. contacting the owner l got a very vague response, for the amount of money we paid for this property it was very disappointing..

great location and size, well equipped kitchen

the central heating was too hot at night and didn’t know how to adjust it. n not enough couch seats
