When I wanted to change towels, or get more shampoo, or coffee and sent message to the hotel owner, they responded super quickly and fixed things for us. That was really nice and felt their hospitality! Although it does not have a nice view from it, but I could relax in the jacuzzi and used it privately anytime I wanted. So it was relaxing. One slightly disappointing point was that I could easily hear sounds from people staying next rooms and it could get quite noisy during night sometimes. It would be good to notify guests to be quiet and considerate for other guests especially night time. Other than the point above, the location was quite nice, close to beach, supermarkets,, and restaurants. It was a nice location. The hotel is not that close to the public bus stop that have a bus line to Heraklion or Chania, (30min by walk from hotel) so you may book taxi from the airports, which can be quite costy if you don't have anyone to share it. Overall, I was quite happy with my stay! Thank you!

Everything, the sparkling cleanness, the amenities on the apartment, the small gifts we have found every morning, the top location near the beach and the center of Rethymno. This was the best apartment I have ever booked. We had a problem with the flight delays, but we was un constant contact with the host. When we came we fond small gifts which really made our night (water, fruits, wine, etc.). During our stay we felt like in home, because of the lovely host. The apartment is newly renovated with 2 AC in each room, big refrigerator, oven, coffee machine, toaster. It has everything than you needs for a short or long term stay. It was cleaned everyday. The host offered the jacuzzi for a privet used, just we haven't got a free time to visit it. The nearest beach is just 1 minute away, near are the best Rethymno restaurants and bars.

Nothing to complain!

The apartment was very clean, the kitchen had new and clean cutlery and pots, had glasses for sparkling wine, sandwich maker, kettle, toaster. There was daily house keeping which was a very nice thing to have. There are 2 AC units, one in the bedroom and one in the living room. It is very close to the beach, the corner supermarket had everything from food to drinks. Overall very nice, totally would recommend!

Even though we arrived at a late hour they were able to secure us a taxi and meet us to show us around and give us the keys. The breakfast was exceptional quality and quantity-wise. Although it was a bit late (9 oclock) we were quite satisfied and the servers were very amicable and helpfull. The location wasn't on the first row to the sea though it was close to travel agencies, restaurants, shops, the old city etc.
