This place is an absolute horror. The sheets on both beds had not been changed after the previous guests! There were stains of bodily fluids, hair, and even pubic hair on and under the sheets. How is this even possible? I was required to pay a deposit, but for what? This place has clearly never been deep-cleaned. The bathroom looks like it was given a quick wipe, and that’s it. Moreover, the previous guest must have eaten Durian in the apartment; the smell is overwhelming. To make matters worse, I booked a room with a sea view but was given a room with no view at all. I don't know if this is a prank or just utter disrespect. Because it was a late check-in, the reception closed shortly after I arrived. I messaged them as soon as I got to the apartment, but I didn't receive a reply until the second day. Their only offer of compensation was a late check-out. Who in their right mind would want to stay longer in these conditions? Utterly disgraceful and disgusting. DO NOT STAY HERE!

There's no water filter...like cuckoo or coway..so need to buy water outside..a bit hustle

Sejujurnya, tuala yang disediakan di dalam bilik berada dalam keadaan tidak bersih, dengan kesan kotoran berwarna kuning coklat. Jelas tidak dibersihkan dengan betul. Selain itu, layanan staf juga kurang mesra serta tidak profesional, malah terdapat unsur tidak jujur dalam penyampaian maklumat. Harga yang dikenakan pula tidak berbaloi. Lebih mengecewakan, pihak pengurusan sesuka hati menukar homestay pada saat akhir dengan alasan tempahan penuh, nasib baik kami berkeras dan mempertahankan hak, barulah dibenarkan untuk menginap di hotel ini. Maklumat berkaitan larangan atau syarat tertentu juga tidak dimaklumkan lebih awal. Secara keseluruhan, pengalaman di sini amat mengecewakan dan tempat ini langsung tidak disyorkan untuk dikunjungi.
