It was not clean

It was not clean and the staff were totally unprofessional. The tv in the room was not working. The bed was not clean and had sand on it. Even after cleaning the room had sand. The restrooms were smelly. They have hidden charges and take money from your card after you leave without your authorisation.

Its nyc near to a logoon ter are so many activities to do

Its very far away from the city You wont get a cab you have to depend on the resort to call a cab for you and the rates are according to their wish For 2 km ride they charged me 300/- Only breakfast is available and no food available anywhere near the resort The road towards the resort is very scary during the night Our room was leaking from d ac mal functioning Even the bathroom ceiling was leaking Tey tried to fix it but they couldn't The mattress and pillow very uncomfortable

Their friendliness and professionalism set the tone for my entire visit. The housekeeping staff also did an exceptional job. My room was always spotless and well-maintained, which made my stay even more comfortable. The food and beverage team deserves a special mention as well. The service was impeccable, and the quality of the food exceeded my expectations. Every meal was a treat, and the variety offered was impressive.
