Best place to stay in Pondicherry.... Great experience....

Rooms were clean , and staffs were friendly. Could have been better if the accommodation had elevator as it would be difficult of senior citizens or family with kids to carry up the baby stroller.

Breakfast options were from the previous night(like the croissant were cold & fluffy, chicken hotdogs were spicy, fish curry weren't well cooked , potato masala had too much of turmeric).

Location, staff

1. The resort lets in lot of day time visitors who occupy the pool the entire day and make feel uncomfortable to keep the curtains open so it’s difficult for people staying there to use the pool 2. No restrictions on pool I can see many in their underwear’s and briefs no dress code 3. Though the food is good the staff some time do not take the order correctly

The pool and breakfast were good. The staff was great.

It is way too far from the city center. I don't usually like resorts but decided to try this. The room was a bit outdated in terms of appliances (check the pictures, the soap dispenser in the bathroom was broken). The fridge was not a real fridge (water was basically at room temperature from the fridge). I didn't appreciate the Ferrero rochet chocolates in the "fridge": not very "Indian". The air conditioning was positioned at the side of the bed in a very inefficient location so you couldn't set it to turn the room's temperature down without risking back pain in the morning. The windows were "obscured" for privacy, but what is the point of having windows if you can't see the landscape?

Amazing Breakfast Options with plenty of varities and tasty. Pool View Room Free upgrade by the receptionist was a suprise. Staff are so freindly & Honest. Bed was compfortable.. Balcony was big enough. Toilets are clean. Rain Shower was Good. Room Service Food in the afternoon was excellent. Outdoor areas are well decorated with Greenery. Must try Boat rides starting from the resort to have a beautiful view of Back Waters. Wifi was good. Overall stay was very good.

Lift / Elevator for elderly would have been helpful. Valet parking takes bit time but managable. The road from Main road to the hotel was bit scary like driving in a jungle.
