"Could potentially loose reservations through Booking.com"

The staff were very accommodating and the surroundings and rooms were clean.

The initial room we booked through Booking.com (×2 rooms for 4 pax/room) were given to walk in customers. Instead, we were given smaller rooms with additional portable beds and was charged at the same price. The hot shower wasn't working too.
