Iduna Hostel

O lugar è muito bonito, tranquilo, bem localizado, limpo e confortável. A área comum é muito boa para fazer novas amizades. O pessoal do hostel é legal, disponível e amável, em particular a Mina, a Bia e a Stella.

there are plenty of showers and toilets. the wifi works

the pool is dirty, no hot water in the shower that is in the room. we've payed extra for a room that has a balcony and allows smoking just to find out that this option exists in booking but not at the hostel itself. the balcony was closed with sliding doors that had blinds all over them that we couldn't close, which means that even when the doors are closed there is still a lot of gaps to the outside that the mosquitoes are getting in through. not all rooms have ac, some are only with fans which you can't feel no matter if you are on the top bunk or the bottom one. when we asked the staff to change room or shorten our stay we were encountered by unwillingness to help. we ended up moving to an apartment a day before our check out time, without refund of course.

The shower in the room had no cold water.
