Snowdonia Sunbeach Holiday Sea and Mountain view

When we entered the lounge, it was extremely cold. Considering that guests are arriving, they should not be welcomed in such low temperatures. We had to wait the entire night for the place to warm up, with a 4-year-old child. Additionally, the lounge has a very strong and unpleasant smell of dog and had a lot of hair dog on carpeter.

Beautiful location

There were no park passes left in the caravan by the host which were needed to access the site after 7pm

The location is beautiful, with lovely sea and mountain views, and the surroundings really make for a relaxing holiday. The chalet itself was fair and well-equipped, with everything you would generally need for a comfortable stay.

The level of cleanliness was not the best. The duvet cover appeared not to have been washed properly, and the chalet had a strong closed-up smell, as if it had not been ventilated for a long time. We had to use air fresheners constantly to make it more comfortable. Despite this, we did our best to make the chalet liveable and were still able to enjoy our holiday overall. With improved cleaning and ventilation, this could be a really lovely place to stay.

Very spacious caravan. Well maintained. Very comfy beds. Very close to the beach. Dog friendly. Enclosed dog walking field on the site.

Poor mobile signal in the area and walking to the village nearby there is no footpath or streetlights - not ideal walking with dogs and children.

Staff were really friendly, Location was really nice, It's a small site but looked after really well.

Caravan was old and run down. Rust on toilet roll holders,radiators and curtain poles.. Toilet seat was broken,but the owner had it replaced..Beds are uncomfortable. Sea view as described but only from side decking not from actual van. Only 1 small shower room,not 2 bathrooms as stated and no toilet rolls as they were meant to be included. We left 2 days early as it was the worse van I'd ever stayed in. Definitely not worth the money.
