"Blisko Tauron Arena"

Główną zaletą hotelu jest niewątpliwie lokalizacja, znajduje się na tyle blisko Tauron Arena, że można spokojnie iść na koncert i wrócić na piechotę. Do tego cena jest korzystna w porównaniu do innych noclegów w Krakowie.

Generalnie jest to dość przeciętny trzy gwiazdkowy hotel. Ściany i drzwi raczej słabo wyciszone, w pokoju meble z lat 90tych, a śniadanie takie sobie.

Czystość w pokoju. Piękny widok z okna hotelowego na dymiące kominy pobliskiej elektrociepłowni.

W pokoju roznosił się zapach świeżego lakieru lub kleju. Osoby uczulone na takie substancje mogą mieć spore problemy z pobytem. Na stronie internetowej hotelu nie ma informacji, że parking jest płatny (30 zł/24h). Brak wydzielonego miejsca (koperta) dla samochodu osoby niepełnosprawnej. Bardzo strome zejście/zjazd na poziom minus 1, aby taka osoba mogła skorzystać z windy. Praktycznie bez pomocy opiekuna jest to niemożliwe.
