There were no telephone facilities to accomate certain queries, there were no boilers and no drinking glasses too. While the hotel staff is friendly and accommodating, the lack of telephone services hinder prompt communication between me and the hotel personnel. Any requests or queries are made in person, which is sometimes inconvenient as they are not always available at the desk also. The hotel's lack of basic amenities like boilers and drinking glasses which are basic amenities that I believe should be provided by any hotel to ensure a comfortable stay for guests is also significant drawback of the hotel. Overall,the stay was pleasant and the quality was good.

No water till 1 hour... mattress was not comfortable.

Location was good, behaviour of staff was very good.

Room was not clean. Material provided are pethatic. Food served are not good. View was not good.

Breakfast had very less items..they had poor quality paper glasses.Bananas were rotten. Eggs were placed along side veg food.

Increase variety in Breakfast
