Appartement très propre et bien équipé. La terrasse pareil avec un jacuzzi somptueux ! Merci beaucoup a Mme kalliopi qui nous a bien accueilli dans l’appartement. Elle nous a réservé le quad et le taxi aller retour. Pendant tout le séjour, nous avons eu de petites attention le matin ( confiserie, dessert, fruit… ) Tout était parfait on reviendra 👍

Rien du tout, tout était parfait

We felt welcome from the moment of booking, the owner contacted us straight away to say hello and from there on she was always available and very helpful. We've got presents, attention, help with organising activities and a transfer, a ride to the beach and local tips. The villa was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The jet pool was also very clean and we used it every day. Grocery store, bus stop and village centre are all a few minutes walk away. Could not wish for a better stay or a nicer host and would highly recommend.

Ingresso preceduto da una lunga scalinata, appartamento spazioso, luminoso, dotato di TUTTI i comfort, con jacuzzi e spazio per prendere il sole, più un secondo terrazzino con sedute, cucina con tutti i comfort anche se non l'abbiamo usata, bagno spazioso con tutto il set di asciugamani per persona. Hanno pulito la suite tutti i giorni. Sono di una gentilezza unica, l'host Kalliopi è una persona dolcissima, ci ha consigliato i migliori posti dove mangiare, cosa e quando visitare, e tutti i giorni dopo le pulizie ci ha fatto trovare la frutta fresca in frigo. Jacuzzi stupenda, consiglio di non farla la sera se non si vuole prendere la bronchite. A parte questo, abbiamo affittato un quad per girare l'isola (abbiamo chiesto a lei), Emporio è a 5 min da Perissa, 15 da Kamari, 15 da Fira e 30/40 min a Oia. Non è centrale, ma credetemi ne vale la pena.

Se proprio devo trovare il pelo nell'uovo, è un posto dove non c'è movida, quindi per chi cerca quel tipo di soggiorno, non è adatto. Consiglio il tramonto al faro Akrotiri, meno turistico ma molto meglio del casino di Oia.

Our stay at Santorossa Luxury Villas was simply perfect! The host was, without a doubt, the best we've ever had — attentive, helpful, and always ready to assist, making us feel truly at home. The accommodation is extremely well located: close to a supermarket, cafés, the black sand beach, and a platform that makes it easy to get anywhere on the island quickly. Every detail was impeccable and exceeded all our expectations. We highly recommend it! We'd give more than 5 stars if it were possible — it truly deserves it.

Mrs. Kalliopi was an exceptional and truly hospitable host. She reached out well in advance of our stay, provided detailed directions on how to get to the hotel, and shared excellent recommendations for places to eat and visit — complete with direct links. The apartment itself was spotless, cozy, and fully equipped, especially the kitchen, which had everything we needed. The highlight of our stay was the private heated swimming pool. Since we visited at the end of May and the sea was still a bit chilly, the pool was an absolute delight. To make our stay even more special, Mrs. Kalliopi surprised us every day with sweet treats and extra coffee — a truly thoughtful gesture that we deeply appreciated. Highly recommended!

Everything was super clean and tidy, the place is amazing. Kalliopi helped and advised us all the time with everything, she was 24/7 for us. Thank you a Lot. Book 100% believe me.
