Nothing is like due to poor service 😔 Totally disappointed They can't be booked room

The room is when I was booked I need a double bed they gave me a single bed forcefully

Very bad customer service as showed price on website they charged extra with not a good security and terrible customer service

Good Note : I broken one glass table in night bcz when I wake my legs shake and I felt down and suddenly broken the mirror in this case what I can give me suggestions please.

Location which is very near to Airport

They have charged separately for using room AC and also charged for complementary drinking water bottle.

The location was near the airport.

The accommodation was average overall. The main issue was that the rooms were not exactly as shown in the pictures online, which was disappointing. Cleanliness also needs improvement, as both the room and washroom were not properly clean during my stay. Initially, they quoted a room for 3800, but upon check-in I was informed that I had to pay extra for an AC room. In Karachi’s weather, especially at night, AC is almost essential, so I had no real option but to upgrade. On the positive side, the AC was working well, which made the stay manageable. However, better transparency about pricing and improved cleanliness would make a big difference.
