La alberca por las noches no tiene la suficiente iluminación. Es un poco difícil el llegar con ayuda del Maps, sin embargo el personal del hotel envía instrucciones vía WhatsApp. No cuenta con servicio de internet, sin embargo, si hay recepción de telefonía móvil.

What a gem of a place! I would absolutely come back to stay for a couple more nights. I chose the “glamping” experience, but there are proper hotel rooms available (they look nice). The glamping consists of about 6 small rooms (possibly built out of a half-length shipping container?) arranged in a circular format surrounding a shower/toilet block. The whole area is dressed up to look like they’re a little more rustic than they actually are (thatched roofs, etc.) Each room is outfitted with 2 twin beds and a private sink and toilet inside (and an A/C!) and a private shower stall outside, so I never actually used the shower block. The way the rooms are arranged feels very private, and someone would have to make an effort to walk around to access/see the shower stall, so I felt comfortable taking a shower in my stall. The camping experience was cool enough, but what really makes this place special are the grounds. There are several kilometers of hiking trails winding through the forest, and along the way are several treasures to discover, including three cenotes (two open, one very cool one in a cave) and a Mayan ruin. The cenotes aren’t really set up for swimming, but the hotel’s pool looked appealing (and was warm). If you go for a hike, you will almost certainly be accompanied by Frida, the hotel’s very companionable dog. No wifi in the glamping area, but strong AT&T/Telcel service. Close to the Cuota but can be a challenge to find (hosts will send detailed directions).

We stayed in the hotel part of this property, rooms were big and clean, sheets felt like nice quality. Make sure you leave time to explore the property, there's 3 cenotes to see and the property is big and very pretty. It's pretty far off the beaten path but we thought it was worth it. We went to ek balam the next day and this property is only 30 minutes away. Breakfast is only coffee and cereal & toast (more options available that you can buy) so plan for that since there's no restaurants close by. Also Google maps is confused where the hotel is, you need to take the dirt road just before the bridge, they sent us a message before we arrived explaining how to get there. Staff was really nice, there's a swing, a tree house, and really cute area with picnic tables. Wish we stayed more than one night.

El servicio es excelente y las instalaciones demasiado lindas, plus tiene 2 cenotes uno muy inpresionante

El lugar es pequeño, pero muy hermoso y limpio, lo único es que el restaurante no tiene servicio después de las 2 pm, pero la habitación tiene refrigerador y uno puede ir al pueblo mas cercano a 10 minutos en coche.

Bel établissement mais un peu excentré et petit déjeuner très très léger

El lugar es muy bonito, rodeado de naturaleza, se respira un aire fresco y tranquilidad. Está en las afueras de Valladolid pero si llevas auto el trayecto es muy ameno. El único problema que tuvimos fue que 1 de las noches que estuvimos estuvieron un grupo de personas con niños e hicieron una fiesta en el área común (afuera de las habitaciones) con bocina y todo hasta la madrugada, eran más de las 3am y seguían con un ruido tremendo, lo cual nos molestó mucho que no hicieran nada al respecto los del hotel.

Un lugar maravilloso, y Luis y Miguel fueron muy amables con nosotros. Muchas gracias !!

El lugar es increíble con buenas instalaciones. Deberían de dar más opciones de alimentos, sobretodo durante las tardes y noches.
