Getting to the beach was very convenient. Afternoon tea was superb. Local food served made us want to go back. Man-Thuy and Phuonh-Truc were very pleasant to serve us in the dining.

No drying clothesline considering it’s expected that guests would have swimsuits to dry. No washing area by the hotel entrance for guests to wash off feet before going back to the hotel.

We booked the Suit on 23rd floor and had amazing stay, my parents were very happy, the view from our room is phenomenal . The buffet was also nice, more importantly the staffs were all very supportive and friendly!

Only 4 pool sunbed which were never available. Hotel too big to feel important in comparison to Hoi An hotel.

The staff on the rooftop were really kind to us and the Food and Beverage Manager was lovely. The housekeeping and concierge were lovely too.

This is our second stay at Peninsula (by choice) and it was very disappointing overall. The check-in staff were not welcoming at all. No welcome drink either. The room was really average and the bathroom door wouldn't close. Our children also had rooms - they were much better than ours. As returning guests I expected to receive better. We won't be returning to Peninsula when we come back to Da Nang next year.

The pool and the restaurant on the last floor were great

The staff didn’t pay enough attention to us. The hotel seemed to say 5 stars. I requested for an adapter for my charger and was told to come get it from the reception. It might not seem like much but after travelling for a few days and not sleeping much, I’d appreciate to receive the level of service we’re paying for. Then, the staff seemed quite distracted at times, telling me to wait… Maybe they forgot I was a customer…
