Szép a kilátás az erkélyről a Fő térre. Ügyesen megoldották a parkolóházzal a parkolást az épület mögött. Az elhelyezkedése egyébként Kaposváron belül tökéletes. A régies hangulat ellenére szép tiszta minden.

A szálloda nagyon retro. A '80-as évek óta nem volt szerintem felújítva. Az erkélyen még fekete- fehér kockás csempe van; a fürdőszobában minden hófehér, nagyon retro hangulatban. A kétszemélyes francia ágy kettő, összetolt egy személyes matracból állt, ami persze középen mindig szétcsúszott. Az előszobában a gardrób szekrény évtizedekkel ezelőtti stílusú, mint a régi panel lakásokban. Apró lift, vörös padló szőnyeg a folyosókon. Itt megállt az idő...
