The location and the rooms.

We received very unprofessional and unacceptable treatment from the person in charge of bookings. Originally, we confirmed that in addition to the rooms we wanted to rent a business conference room with equipment and book healthy lunches for our group of 12 people for 4 days. After several exchanges about our vegetarian and vegan preferences and our explicit confirmation of the group booking, the staff suddenly and most unexpectedly cancelled the group booking with the explanation that a bigger group has now booked the hotel and they can no longer accommodate us. To our surprise, we eventually found out that the facilities were not in fact used. Needless to say, this threw a wrench in our business retreat plans and we were forced to come up with a more expensive plan B. This is extremely uncouth and unprofessional from a hotel which purports to uphold higher standards, and it was quite disappointing to see that even nicer hotels like Cota 1110 can not provide good professional service. We would not be recommending this hotel for business retreats!

Hotel COTA1110 is a charming family-run hotel nestled in the mountains, in a unique and picturesque village. It provided everything a group of young hikers could wish for after long days spent conquering mountain peaks. Breakfast was generous, dinner was rich and varied, and the rooms were spotless and maintained daily. The entire staff, without exception, were kind, attentive, and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The surrounding nature, fresh mountain air, and tranquility ensured a deep and restful sleep. The sauna and jacuzzi were the perfect complement for relaxation after exhausting mountain hikes. A truly wonderful place to combine active adventures with complete rest and comfort.
