Храната, персоналът , ресторантът и общите части бяха феноменални. Определено бихме се върнали. Благодаря за вниманието и от отношението.

Нямаме оплаквания, а препоръки: Не можехме да оставим бакшиш с карта на персонала, което е голям минус според мен. Стаите бяха леко амортизирани и може леко да се освежат. Липсваше холна масичка в стаята, което прави стоенето на дивана странно. Бих препоръчала да се сложат опции на телевизора за Нетфликс и други програми, тъй като не можахме да използваме акаунта си. Като цяло беше чисто и комфортно.

The COTA1110 hotel and staff exceed my expectations every time. I keep returning for a short weekend, and the team always goes out of their way to make our needs met. This time I was renting one of their electric bikes, they kept it ready for me, and even took care of our own one which we were bringing with us. My friend was supposed to go on a long 4-hour run on our last day, and they were attentive enough to let him have breakfast way before it opens officially, so he can go on his run, and then suggested we stay a little after checkout so he can have some rest. The hotel and rooms are lovely on their own, but I would give them 11/10 - for the attitude and attention to detail!

מלון מקסים בכפר קטן ציורי שקט ואמיתי (עם עיזים תרנגולות ופרות 🙃) לא בהמולה ובמסחריות של בורובץ ומצד שני קרוב להכל. המון מסלולים יפים ונקודות עניין שוות. מלון עם עיצוב מקסים, ארוחות בוקר טובות מאוד. מסעדה בסדר גמור לארוחות צהריים וערב, אם רוצים משהו טוב/זול יותר 10 דקות נסיעה ומגיעים לסמוקוב- עיירה עם מגוון מסעדות. צוות מאיר פנים ומקצועי שירות נפלא. הלוואי ונבוא שוב. נתנו לנו שבוע של ניתוק מהמציאות

I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in the Bulgarian mountains. It truly stands out from anything else in the area. You can tell the owners have international experience – they know how things should look and work. I also really loved their branding, it’s thoughtful and well executed. The food in the restaurant was a fantastic surprise after many mixed experiences in Bulgaria. My husband and I also enjoyed the sauna and jacuzzi, playing games in the cozy lobby, the clean sheets, and the spacious room. We’ll be happy to come back!

Целият персонал на хотела е изключително любезен. Чистотата е отлична, както в стаите, така и в общите помещения и спа-то.
