Guests aged 18 and above must all send their photo IDs, such as driving licenses or passports, to receive check-in information. Please note that additional guests are not permitted. All requests for check-in/check-out outside scheduled hours are subject to approval by the property. Late checkout is subject to the confirmation of the property and is chargeable at £10 per hour, with 14:00 being the possible latest checkout. Minimum 24 hours notice required and needs to be booked in advance. If guests check out late without prior arrangement, additional fees may apply. At least 1 guest must be aged 21 years or older.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.
