"Very Good"

Nice, newer accommodations. Easy to book. Secure. Lots of parking.

It took 1 phone call, a trip to the front desk, and 3 hours to get towels. That should not be. I told there person at the front desk during checkout and he said he was sorry. No accommodations were offered. It was not shared with me that no one would come to care for our room during our stay. I thought bringing towels daily would be part of the daily maintenance. There was rarely anyone at the front desk. That made everything inconvenient. There was a strange issue with the floor of the shower. It should have been repaired or replaced. Not sure why it was left for me to see/use. I showed the photo to the front desk person and he had no comment no did he offer any sort of accommodation. The TV would return to the welcome page while I was watching TV. It happened multiple times Not sure why. It was frustrating and unresolveable. Not sure why extra is charged for covered parking. So parking should be available to all customers without an additional charge.

"It was convenient and quiet and the staff was friendly"

It was very clean and quiet plus convenient for location.

The room was much smaller than advertised. And there was very limited kitchen supplies with only one spoon two knives and two forks.

Staff was fantastic and helped me with an early check in. I really appreciated the effort that was made on my behalf.

Price is a little high but the rooms are very nice so I guess it's fine.
