The cushions on the chairs in the courtyard were in shabby condition. They were torn and coming apart. The stuffing was coming out of some of them.

I really appreciated the washer/dryer in the hotel room. It was a rare treat to be able to wash my clothes. The kitchen was clean and well stocked, and the icemaker was very appreciated. The bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean.

I never like having to pay extra to park at a hotel, particularly in a parking lot that is plenty large and not overcrowded. It seems an unnecessary extra expense for a city like Phoenix with ample parking in most places. My only negative regarding the room was the lack of hand soap for the sink area. Perhaps it was just an oversight for my particular room. No biggie, though.
