I stayed in 14 of July till 21 of July my stay was very bad as my accor membership is diamond i get for every stay upgrade I didn’t get it and there was no clean every day and i only got towels two times one in first day the other in fourth day and I got it after I called 3 times and after 40 minutes and more things

A pleasant hotel with a good overall standard. The rooftop pool is very impressive, the rooms are well-equipped, with everything as advertised. The hotel also went above and beyond the call of duty to prepare a VAT receipt according to my employer's specific requirements.

While the facilities are well-equipped, the wi-fi connection is evidently overloaded in the evenings when the guests are in their rooms. Transmission speeds were sometimes slow enough I had to switch to using my phone. The breakfast area could use a few more salt shakers.
