Muy buena ubicación en la colonia Roma, muy bonita habitación en cuanto a diseño y tamaño

The location was great—just a few minutes away from Taqueria Orinoco and Panadería Rosetta, both of which are popular spots. The staff were all very nice. The place was modern.

The AC did not work throughout my stay. Although the staff tried to fix it, it unfortunately wasn’t resolved, which made sleeping impossible. Even though it was cooler outside, the heat got trapped inside the room.

Location is great. Staff are cooperative. Cleanliness is good

The first night in the hotel was not great with a periodic and very disturbing fire alarm noise disturbing the sleep. Staff got it done by the next day. Rain water tends to come onto the corridors between and could prove to be unsafe for someone not watchful.

We loved this hotel. The location was fantastic on a pretty, quiet street in the heart of Roma Norte. Plenty of nearby shops, cafes, bars and restaurants to enjoy. Really large stylish rooms, with a great comfortable bed, with lovely linens and a fabulous shower. Housekeeping service everyday and staff on hand to help 24/7 if needed.

It’s a bit hard to find as the signage is small but not a huge deal.

Centrally located, clean, quiet, safe, and newly updated! We thought about staying in the historic center but we are so glad we didn't. Staying in Roma, in particular this hotel, was the right call. We went to the Four Seasons after this but thought this room was better! Though they do not offer breakfast, they are steps away from the famous Panadería Rosetta, which was perfect! On top of that, the cleaning staff did a phenominal job every single day. We came back to a perfectly clean room after long days of walking every day. The shower also had a great water pressure!

The front door to the lobby being left open made it feel less safe.
